Who Benefits?
The Revitalization Plan for Port of Spain is not a plan, but 7 projects aimed at bringing life back into the City. What impact will these projects have on the quality of life of citizens? Will it be just a select few who have the means to access what is offered? Only key elements have been provided in the public domain, so it is not clear who will actually benefit.

In line with the objectives of the 1960 Town and Country Planning Act (TCP Act), the TCPD is responsible for preparing plans which set out policy for the use and development of land, and granting permission to develop land.
